Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ForgeFit (“ForgeFit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of builtinthefire.com, app.builtinthefire.com, all ForgeFit programs and memberships, and the community hub (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a program, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and medical disclaimer

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. ForgeFit is a fitness and education service, not a medical service. The programs, workouts, recipes, and coaching messages are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or have any health condition. You assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or adverse outcome from using the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@builtinthefire.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

4. Memberships, programs, and payments

• Memberships renew automatically (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose) until you cancel.
• You can cancel your membership any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
• One-time program purchases give you ongoing access to that program as long as the Service is running, except where stated otherwise on the product page.
• Founding 50 pricing is locked for the life of the membership only as long as the membership remains continuously active. Canceling and re-joining later forfeits the locked rate.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change with notice. Existing billing cycles are not affected by price changes.

5. Refunds

Digital products and memberships: we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final. To request a refund, email support@builtinthefire.com from the address on your account.

Physical merch: unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. License and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the programs, workouts, videos, PDFs, and community hub for your own training while your account is in good standing. All content is owned by ForgeFit or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, share, resell, publicly post, or use ForgeFit content to train clients without a separate written license.

7. Community rules

The community hub exists so members can support each other. By posting, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against another member.
• Post spam, scams, illegal content, or content that isn't yours.
• Share another member's personal information without consent.
• Use the community to sell competing products or services.

We may remove posts or accounts that break these rules. Posts you make are your own; you grant ForgeFit a license to display them inside the community.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, ForgeFit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific fitness result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ForgeFit and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and cancel your membership from your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes, we'll also notify you by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ForgeFit is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
