iPhone (Safari)

    Open app.builtinthefire.com in Safari

    Chrome on iPhone can’t install apps to the home screen. Use Safari.

    Tap the Share button

    It’s the square with an arrow at the bottom of the screen.

    Tap 'Add to Home Screen'

    Scroll down inside the share sheet if you don’t see it right away.

    Tap Add

    The ForgeFit icon shows up on your home screen. Tap it any time to train.

Android (Chrome)

    Open app.builtinthefire.com in Chrome

    Edge and Brave on Android also work — use whatever Chromium browser you have.

    Look for the 'Install app' prompt

    Chrome usually offers it automatically at the bottom of the screen.

    Or tap the three-dot menu

    Then pick 'Install app' or 'Add to Home screen'.

    Tap Install

    ForgeFit installs like a normal app. Find it in your app drawer.

On a laptop? Open app.builtinthefire.com in Chrome or Edge and click the install icon in the address bar.
